麵糰製作:
混合糯米粉 (約200g)和抹茶粉(約50g),慢慢加入開水混成麵糰,
麵糰太溼就再加糯米粉,麵糰太乾就再加水,麵糰和水的比例「憑感覺」調整。
搓成長條,隨興分成小糰後,開始搓揉吧!
也可以加入鮮奶添增風味 ~
餡料製作:
黑麻醬和黑糖的比例也是隨個人對甜度的喜好「憑感覺」混合,
建議:
用甜點小湯匙挖取餡料包入,會比較容易把餡料放入小麵糰裡。
準備一小杯水,搓圓後沾一些水把表面整理光滑,手上再抹粉輕搓一次
